At BrahminSocials, we are committed to offering valuable matrimonial and community-based services with care and transparency. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds across subscriptions, events, and services offered on our platform.

Cancellation Policy

Matrimony Subscriptions (Premium/Featured Profiles)

  • Users may cancel their premium membership at any time via the account dashboard.
  • Cancellation will stop future auto-renewals, but no partial refunds will be made for the ongoing billing period.
  • Once activated, a premium plan is non-refundable, as the service involves immediate profile visibility, recommendations, and backend processing.

Event Registrations (e.g., Community Meets, Matrimony Events)

  • Users can cancel event bookings by emailing support@brahminsocials.com at least 72 hours before the event to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Not applicable for subscription plans or services already utilized.
  • Refunds may be granted in case of:
  • Duplicate payment
  • Event cancellation by BrahminSocials
  • Failed or incomplete service due to technical issues (if verified)

Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

Refund Denial

BrahminSocials reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases of:

  • Misuse of platform or profile
  • Service abuse or policy violations
  • Services already delivered (profile activation, offline verification, match suggestions)

Non-Refundable Items

  • Premium/Featured subscriptions (after activation)
  • Offline matchmaking packages (once started)
  • Personalized bio/profile writing services
  • Missed events without prior cancellation notice

Cancellation by BrahminSocials

  • In rare cases (e.g., low registration, technical failure, fraud detection), BrahminSocials may cancel a service or event.
  • In such cases, affected users will be notified and issued a full refund or offered an alternative service.
